We’re looking for a super motivated technical project manager. You will work closely with the dev team, clients and management to plan and deliver projects from inception to completion. You will have experience of managing and delivering 6 figure agile and waterfall projects in an agency or custom software company environment. You’ll be comfortable taking on a leadership position in a small but rapidly growing company, taking responsibility for project delivery and interacting with clients at a senior level.
In return you will play a key part in delivering cutting edge web technology applications across a range of organisations from bluechips to VC backed startups. You will also be instrumental in shaping the company as we go through our next stage of growth. It’s going to be an exhilarating ride.

Please note, this role is London based and you should be prepared to relocate to London.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, managing and running projects up to £250k
- Lead an existing team of developers and a project assistant
- Run client workshops, meetings, demos, training
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
- Help develop and execute best practices
- Work with developers to estimate tasks and projects
Essential Experience and Skills:
- 4+ years digital agency or software company experience
- Thorough knowledge of Agile and scrum
- Experience of managing multiple projects
- Track record of successful delivery.
- An understanding of the principles of how CMS, preferably Drupal, and web apps work
- A passion for technology and the web
- Experienced in a variety of platforms and technologies
- Experience of working with dispersed teams
- Understanding of the importance of client business culture and willingness to adapt.
- Able to build rapport and long term relationships with clients
- Honesty and candour
- Eager to learn, improve and develop.
- English to native speaker level
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
- Formal certification in a project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, SCRUM master)
- Web development or software engineering experience
- Fluency in Spanish or other widely spoken languages.
