Presentation, Upgrading Drupal from 5 to 6

On Thursday I was invited to give another presentation, this time at Drupal Maintenance. The talks were as useful as they were interesting, covering upgrading, maintenance and security. It was great to pick up some tips on best practices and see how other people manage their site security.

My talk was on upgrading sites from D5 to D6, particaully important now that D7 is on the horizon and D5 will no longer be supported. I've spent the last few months upgrading a number of complex sites for CEPR, so hopefully my experience was beneficial to others.
